I agree with you on most of these, but if you missed the Playstations, you missed a lot.
Off the top of my head, Crash Bandicoot (1,2 & 3), Spyro (1,2 & 3) and metal gear solid (1) marked my childhood. A little later on (PS2 beginnings), SSX (1 and Tricky). Further on, God of War (1). I'd add FFX, but that's a personal choice, when being objective I do realise it kinda sucks. |

There seems to be a problem with your list... Majora's Mask is on there, AND in front of OoT.
Other than that, it's a pretty sound list. I'm glad you had Burnout on the top 10... It's one of my favorite game franchises. And Mechassault was amazing. Even though I'm more of an Armored Core kinda guy. :P |

Least favorite system - PlayStation 1
Worst feature: schlapskietiest 3D graphics in all of gaming Least favorite controller - PlayStation controller Worst feature: Shapes on black buttons instead of letters or numbers on coloured buttons (harder to memorize, easy to confuse them on a quick glance) I hardly ever touched any of the three PlayStations, but almost never felt the need to after the first time. I probably would've liked the PS3's "boomarang" prototype controller a bit better... EDIT A lot of people agree with me about that, actually... ![]() |

I played Crash. Least gameplay depth I've ever seen.

Someone got frustrated at the difficulty level.
Btw, that's why I nerver enjoyed Mario 64. Crash is hyper nervous and fast platforming; when i touched mario after that, it felt like the controls were super heavy. On the other hand, I really enjoyed Mario Sunshine, because once again, controls were way more nervous/hyper sensitive. That's how platformers are supposed to be imo. (Tomb raider: heaviest controls possible in a platformer I've ever seen. Ugh.) Also: Quote:
I'll just say you're plain stupid and biased to even start thinking N64>PS1 when the question are graphics. And a 3 handled middle joystick controller? Please, be serious here. |

There are a lot of games on that list that you wouldn't normally see on a top list.
My top games: Halo 1 Halo 2 Morrowind Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Half Life 2 Age of Mythology Pretty typical for the most part. ![]() |

I'm surprised no one mentioned Kotor. That's probably my #1 with Mass Effect following. Sure their not perfect but those are my favorites, among others.
