The Bounce Archive

Welcome to the all new Bounce Archive!

Due to some ugly implications, the old archive was unable to be edited. Some of you already knew this but for those who don't, I'll try to explain.

Due to the size of the archive's posts, vBulletin could not handle the amount of information that was passing through the editing feature leading me to errors. If I refreshed the page, the post I was editing was gone. So, to prevent further malfunctions, a new archive has been set up so that everything can be organised and fully functional for 07.

Moving on.

Submissions

When submitting to the archive, you will have to follow one of the following formats that I have created. If you do not, I will not add your submission(s) to the archive, regardless of how good the video(s) is/are. Keep that in mind please.

Title - [Insert Title Here]

Run time - [Insert Title Here]
Size - [Insert Title Here]

This format is used when submitting to the Superbounce Montage database and to the New Kinds of Bouncing database. Brackets and text formatting not required.

Use this format when submitting to the Campaign, Old Map or New Map databases. Again, brackets and text formatting is not a requirement.

Blacklist

I sincerely hope I do not have to add anyone to this, but I will if I have to. It will be a one strike policy and staff attention may follow. Blacklisted members will have a reason next to there name so everyone knows why they were put on it. Here is an example of what could get you into trouble.

So let me get this straight. The whole thing is getting "rebuilt," right? So lets say I was to do the bounce to the top of Lockout and submit it here. It would be added under the old maps...correct?

Oh and if my remembering was right, the old bouncing archive was very confusing, not to mention a little hidious. Like you had to watch the video to know what the bounce was. I am sure you (Reiko) will do a much better job than the last guy. *pokes Reidon's tummy*

Yep, rebuilt is correct. I want EVERYTHING back to some kind of normality. If you record single bounces with a good description it will go into the proper area.

The old archive was indeed hideous. I did my best to make it look better :( This time it'll look awesome and better to browse. I think you'll agree it looks much better already :p

Finally, if you were referring to Reidon as the last guy, it wasn't him I used Flames69's layout from way back on V2. I just couldn't change it because of the "problem" described in the first post :) Let's hope that same problem doesn't happen again, eh? :/

Keep posting guys and FYI, The campaign bouncing/old map bouncing/new map bouncing areas are for single bounces anyway. Also, you don't have to be the original documentor for the bounce you post. I don't think anyone really cares that much about credit for single bounces anyway, but if you do happen to know who originally found the bounce, make sure to mention it.
