Basically, you get to see the technique of putting grenades on a box applied on SI. You can launch from down there without the box technique, but with the box you can move the pile any location you want.
The reason for using MPEG-4 (with AVC/h.264 video and AAC audio) is that it is much more efficient at compressing video resulting in clearer picture and smaller file sizes. Everyone likes small files right? So no complaining.:)

To get such high quality video: record in S-video from your xbox, resolution should be 640 by 480, MPEG-2 video at about 5Mbits/sec. Plus there are quite a few other settings that I have been tweaking, some of 'em I don't even understand.:p

I think I made 4 or 5 different attempts at this. One was over a month ago, then I made 3 or 4 attempts after that each spending a few hours setting up and launching. The two launches you see me land in the vid were done quite awhile ago. In my more recent attempts I tried to land on the middle section of the wall and I made a pile way on the other side to try and land on the far section. I never landed them so that's why they are given as a challenge in the vid.

Terminator also made a few attempts (before I told him I was even doing the trick). That's why we made a joint vid.

Very nice job guys that was froodlenutzkieing crazy good :) I know alot of people have been trying this for a while.

That box method really did open the doors to so much more things to do :) the setup and everything was great and the tut was perfect i couldent have asked for it to be better.

Btw that last launch was sexy! :p

The launches were very nice. I myself have been thinking about this trick for awhile, even though I couldn't trick Halo 2 if my life depended on it. The method of getting grenades down there was so clever. I thought the nades would fall off the box, or something @_@;

So... what's next? Cairo? XD!
