Major Halo 3 Campaign Spoiler/Halo 3 Beta Egg

My friend losingstreak was playing around while ingame and stumbled upon something interesting. Behind the master chief's visor is a face. That means that Bungie is planning on showing his face in Halo 3. Both of us are totally against this and hope that Bungie decides not to include it in the final game. John 117's face was not meant to be seen other then as a child in the books and maybe in Halo 3 but I wish you had not found it cause well...Kinda takes the fun away...You know?

This, is by far, the BIGGEST thing I've seen come out of the BETA. The whole Banshee in Sky thing doesn't even compare to this. We know what the MC looks like, in a way. And by using the simplest possible way to do it too xD

wow really weird, nice job. doesnt mean it will be shown in campaign, but awesome.

i got a pic of it. i found it when the person was shooting the rifle. if somebody on here still has the beta custom still running, try this out. and shoot for a longer amount of time.

wow, thats awsome. Bungie is really going all out on these models. I am guessing we will get to see it in the final game, otherwise why wouldl they take the time to create it... then again Rule 77: Bungie is weird :D

i remember when the halo 3 trailer first came out OXM had an article saying that you could see through MC's visor and they had pics i remember that. could someone try and get the vid into guicktime format plkease.

Why excactly is his.. left eye scarred? I havnt read the books.. I might this summer, but im still curious. But doesnt that mean he could only see out of one eye? It looks like his left is closed... So his since of depth would be kinda... ify? Just a thought...
