Dunno if this qualifies, as I went restart mission at the start and had Iron, GBP and IWHBYD on, but it's a damn fast run. Only 1 mistake.

Won't qualify unfortunately: no skulls on speedruns unless you're doing SLASO (and then, of course, they must ALL be on).

Now at least, you can iron out that 1 mistake
