HIH's Third Annual Avatar Contest!
It's time once again to see just how creatively you can mash HIH and Halo together using just 80x80 pixels. The same rules and guidelines as last time apply. Something that I really need to stress is the overuse of the HIH logo. If you can find an appropriate place in your avatar, please go ahead and use it. If you can't, it's a good idea not to. Last time, some avatars were decided against for this very reason.

I wish I had awesome photoshoping skills...or photoshop.
You can avatars with other programs, even MS Paint.
and I thought that thread would be more active.
I guess not.
and If you want something better than MS Paint, that is free, and nowhere near as confusiong as GIMP, try Paint.net
Wow, hard to believe this is still going on years after I brought it up when I was a Moderator and could access the SUP3R SEKTIR FORUMZ!
